Boulder Seabuckthorn
Seabuckthorn is one of the most diverse plants in the plant kingdom with over 200 known uses. It has received attention for it's agricultural, nutritional, medicinal and ornamental values.
Seabuckthorn has 3 to 16 times as much Vitamin C as an Orange. Its superoxide, dismatuse content of the fruit juice is 4 times higher than that found in Ginseng. It contains 24 minerals, 18 amino acids and 8 vitamins.
Seabuckthorn grows 2 to 4 meters tall in a period of 4 to 5 years. At that time, it begins to bear fruit, and remains productive for 30+ years. It is deciduous (leaf loosing) plant and is dioecious, meaning that there are separate male and female plants.
